#Woolworths Get #BadReviews of Their New and not so Improved #RewardCards

Until now people had much preferred to use Woolworths' services over Coles, but ever since the company 'upgraded' their reward system customers have been rethinking their shopping strategies. This week customers spoke about the now disadvantage of shopping at Woolies.

On their Facebook page you can now see hundreds of complaints about the new Woolworths rewards cards. Customers explain that there is now really no point shopping there. Before they would earn money towards the next shop but it seems like they have to have now spent a minimum to actually be able to use it. Whatever the reasons, customers have found more than one not to shop at Woolworths anymore, even after years of being a loyal customer.

Every single one of them (or nearly) is threatening to revert to Coles, where their other loyalty card will feel more valuable. Despite the complaints, Woolworths did reply to one person about the changes. Well, they didn't quite answer their question, and their response was not exactly true considering people's thoughts all over Facebook but at least they sort of acknowledged the problem.

All week these comments have been thrown at Woolworths and it does not look good for them. But there is always someone who will believe in you no matter what, isn't that right? And that person even got heir own back when being criticised for saying so. Spread the joy, it's nearly Christmas!
