She has made her fortune by filming herself unboxing and, in essence, playing with Disney toys. But all we've seen of the mysterious woman is her hands. No-one knows who the genius behind the multi-million dollar operation is!
There have been theories and conspiracies over her identity but nothing has ever been confirmed. But, whoever she is, she is one smart cookie. She is a walking, talking, demonstrating advert for Disney.
Her most viewed video now has over 200 million hits and it features glittery Play Doh and Disney Princesses who wear this Play Doh as a dress! That’s enough hits to make most celebs jealous.
The reason why these videos do so well is unclear to an outsider, but for the right market, these videos are perfect. It appeals to such a big crowd.
Children can watch the videos in order to see what toys they want and what fun can be had with them. Meanwhile, parents can use the videos to check before they buy. They can see if they’re getting their money’s worth and if the toy is suitable for their child.
The comments are turned off on the videos and so are the likes and dislikes. This makes the videos safe, child friendly and simple.
Her voice might do my head in, but little girls all over the world will watch her perfectly manicured fingers as she plays with these toys. They’ll listen to that… slightly monotone but gentle voice and be mesmerized.

It’s a great idea and who cares what her real name is! Whilst she’s not quite top dog yet, it looks like business is booming. Meanwhile, she still has the likes of PewDiePie and his game commentaries making an annual income of $7 million ahead of her.
So, what can we learn from this? It seems like the way forward on YouTube is to demonstrate or review something. It’s a fairly effortless money making scheme and I’m sure we’re all cursing ourselves for not coming up with the idea first.
