Pinterest’s “30 Days Of Pinspiration” Advent Calender
This holiday season, Pinterest is offering its users “30 Days of Pinspiration”: an advent calender which, every day or so, reveals an advisory holiday board created by a brand, company or celebrity.
Obviously, if the advent calendar were to open every day, the unveiling would end well before Christmas, so Pinterest has chosen to extend the 30 day calendar until January 4th by missing out certain dates.
The first advent calendar door was opened on Tuesday, revealing talk show host Katie Couric’s Thanksgiving memories pinboard, and the second board, featuring Dale Partridge’s atmospheric Christmas pictures, was revealed yesterday.
If your impatient to find out who’s pinboard will feature next, you can hover over each day to see a cryptic glyph clue. Pinterest has verified some of the pinners already, with the NBA, Starbucks and the U.S. Marine Corps all playing a part in the festivity.
Pinterest believes that there will be “something for everyone” in their advent calender, so don’t worry if you are yet to be ‘pinspired’.
